Jacqueline Tekyi is a labor and employment attorney with over 14 years of experience spanning every side of the employment relationship. She began her career as a plaintiff-side and union attorney, gaining deep fluency in employee rights and litigation exposure before transitioning to the federal government as a trial attorney and investigator. She then brought that enforcement perspective to management-side firm work, advising employers on a host of employment-related matters, including defense strategy, risk management, and policy — before moving in-house as a senior Employee Relations lead supporting key business lines at Google and TikTok. A Certified Mediator and Trainer (CMT) credentialed through MediationWorks, Jacqueline founded Tekyi Workplace Solutions to deliver senior-level employment law advisory, workplace investigations, executive contract guidance, HR leader training, change management, and meaningful conflict resolution and mediation services to organizations and executives who need more than a generic answer. She believes that workplace conflict, handled well, is an opportunity — to build trust, strengthen culture, and create environments where people and organizations can thrive. She is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and serves clients nationwide.
