Labor and employment attorney, certified mediator, executive coach, and workplace strategist — bringing 14+ years of real-world experience directly to leaders, organizations, and executives who need more than a standard opinion.
Tekyi Workplace Solutions was built on a simple belief: that the most effective workplace solutions come from someone who has sat at every table — and has the experience, credentials, and conviction to show for it.
Jacqueline Tekyi is a labor and employment attorney admitted in New York and New Jersey (with DC and Maryland admissions in progress), a Certified Mediator and Trainer, and a senior Employee Relations practitioner with over 14 years of experience spanning every dimension of the field — from the courtroom to the C-suite, and from the union hall to the boardroom.
Her career began on the plaintiff side and in traditional labor law — representing workers in employment discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters, while also advising unions and navigating collective bargaining and labor relations under the NLRA. She then joined the National Labor Relations Board as a federal investigator, handling unfair labor practice charges and election proceedings. From there, she crossed to the management side, advising employers on labor strategy, compliance, and workforce relations, before moving fully in-house as a Senior Employee Relations Partner at two of the world's most complex technology organizations: Google and TikTok/ByteDance.
At TikTok, Jacqueline leads high-stakes ER matters across the Americas — including risk assessments for workforce restructurings, complex leave and accommodation disputes, performance and misconduct investigations, and change management in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. She also designed and leads the organization's Workplace Resolution Program (WRP), a multi-tiered conflict resolution and mediation framework spanning the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Tekyi Workplace Solutions brings all of that to you directly — the legal acuity, the investigative rigor, the mediation skill, the labor and employment strategy, and the rare ability to understand every party's position because she has, at some point in her career, represented all of them.
Plaintiff-side advocate. Union advisor. Federal investigator. Management counsel. Senior ER Partner at scale. Certified mediator. Executive coach. That range is not incidental — it is the practice. It is what allows Tekyi Workplace Solutions to see employment and workplace matters with a clarity that a single-track career simply cannot produce.

You speak with Jacqueline from the first conversation. There are no junior staff, no intake coordinators, no hand-offs. Her experience is the product.
Having worked on every side of employment matters — worker, employer, agency, neutral — Jacqueline brings a diagnostic clarity that single-track practitioners cannot. She can anticipate every side of a dispute before it escalates.
Legal compliance alone rarely resolves workplace conflict. Jacqueline integrates legal analysis with emotional intelligence, organizational dynamics, and practical leadership coaching — because that is what actually works.
TWS does not use playbooks designed for different organizations. Every engagement starts with listening — to the situation, the people, the organizational culture — before any advice is given.
If a matter falls outside what TWS is the right vehicle for, Jacqueline will tell you plainly and help you find the right resource — because the goal is the best outcome for you, not just the next engagement.
All matters handled through TWS are treated with strict confidentiality. Attorney-client privilege applies to legal engagements. Mediation communications are protected. Coaching conversations stay private.
Whether you need labor and employment counsel, executive contract review, a certified mediator, an executive coach, or a keynote speaker — reach out and Jacqueline will respond directly.
Note: Submission of this form does not create an attorney-client relationship. An engagement letter will be provided at the outset of any legal representation.
